Join the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF)’s Be Bone Strong™ team! The Be Bone Strong™ team is committed to showcasing the critical importance of physical activity to keep bones strong throughout the lifespan, and you can help. Here’s how: You can join the team and then encourage your friends, family, and others in your community to join the team, too (or they can just donate)! Together we can help prevent osteoporosis and broken bones by encouraging people to take smart steps to promote strong bones for life through runs, walks, rides, dance, or any other kind of physical activity, and by raising essential funds for the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation.

How does it work?
You can raise money for the BHOF Be Bone Strong™ team directly, or you can create your own team as part of the BHOF Be Bone Strong™ team. For example, if you want to create a fundraising team to celebrate your upcoming birthday, just create a name for your team, think about the fundraising goal you want to set, decide on the distance and how long you want the event to last (it could be all year long, if you want!), and start promoting it! Don’t forget to use social media to connect with others who might want to join your team, or just donate.
